JOANN SAGARAL is a digital and acrylic artist specializing in space beautification and community art outreach.She is an active board member of The Stockton Art League. She has been featured on CBS Morning in conjunction with the PREVAIL 729 N. California St. youth center beautification project, alongside The Mission Continues and Stockton Leadership Class of 2025.She currently resides in Stockton, CA.

JOANN has experience with large-format interactive art pieces as well as intimate group settings. Her most recent community involvement was with the Stockton-based art collective InnerG at the HATCH. Her whiteboard piece “BILLBOARDS” was drawn on by dozens of participants at InnerG’s anniversary event on Oct. 3, 2025, celebrating 8 years of self-expression and holding space for all creatives.
